Metanoia ChMS is a cloud-based church management and content management platform. We provide tools for member management, content publishing, giving management, event coordination, communications, and other ministry-related functions as described in your subscription plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrollment. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your church retains full ownership of all data entered into Metanoia ChMS. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently removed from our systems.
The Metanoia ChMS platform, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Metanoia ChMS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
We strive for 99.9% uptime and provide enterprise customers with SLA guarantees. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or reliance on information provided through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data export rights and the 90-day retrieval window described in our Privacy Policy apply.
We may update these terms as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
