Our Story

Born from a conviction that churches deserve technology as excellent as their mission.

Interested in the vision?

We would love to hear from you. Whether you are a church leader, a developer, or someone who believes technology can serve the common good.

Why We Built Metanoia

Church leaders spend too many hours wrestling with disconnected systems, outdated software, and tools that were never designed for ministry. We saw pastors choosing between "good enough" general software and expensive, rigid ChMS platforms that still could not keep up.

Metanoia was born from a simple belief: churches deserve technology that is as thoughtful and intentional as the communities they serve. Technology that does not just store data, but actively helps leaders shepherd, teach, connect, and grow.

We are a team of engineers, designers, and church volunteers who understand both the technical demands and the pastoral heart of ministry. Every feature we build is tested against one question: Does this make the church stronger?
The word "metanoia" means transformation -- a change of mind and heart. That is exactly what we are building: technology that transforms how churches serve their communities.

Built by People Who Understand Ministry

Metanoia is developed by a team that sits in the pews every Sunday. We are not building from the outside looking in -- we are building from the inside, solving problems we experience firsthand. Our development process includes direct input from pastors, elders, worship leaders, and church administrators across multiple denominations.
Great technology serves people. The best church technology serves the mission of the church itself.

Our Values

Innovation with Purpose

We adopt cutting-edge technology not for its own sake, but because it empowers churches to do more with less.

Trust and Privacy

Church data is sacred. Our 10-level confidentiality system reflects our commitment to protecting every member.

Flexibility First

No two churches are alike. Metanoia's modular design means you use what you need and leave the rest.

Community Driven

Every feature is shaped by real feedback from church leaders. We build what churches actually need.
